Vegan & Gluten Free
Ingredients
2 cups chickpeas (soaked)
½ med sized red onion (chopped)
3 gloves garlic
½ cup flat-leaf parsley (chopped)
½ cup cilantro chopped
1 tsp coriander
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1.5 tsp cumin
½ tsp paprika (sub ¼ tsp cayenne pepper if you like spice)
1 tsp baking powder
Pro Tip:
Don't use canned chickpeas! 1 day before cooking, cover the chickpeas with water, leaving 2-3 inches and soak the chickpeas for 18-24 hours.
Step 1
Add soaked chickpeas, onion, garlic cloves, fresh parsley, cilantro and dried spices to a food processor. Blend until incorporated and smooth, be careful not to over blend – you want there to still be a little bit of texture or “grit” to the mixture. Allow the mixture to set in the fridge for 30-60 mins.

Step 2
Add baking powder to the mixture and stir. Scoop and roll the mixture into balls or patties. Lightly coat the Air Fryer and falafel with cooking spray and set balls into the pan. Air Fry at 375 degrees for 10 minutes, flip, and cook for 7 more minutes.
Step 3
Plate and top with Plant Bomb Garlic Tahini and enjoy!
